THE BAND BIO
DREAMCRAFT was formed in March 1995 and played around town under the rather unruly name of Saturnalia until January 97. It was then decided that a name change was due. The change to DREAMCRAFT also signified the musical style of the band becoming more focused in their own brand of pop-rock. The music of DREAMCRAFT has sometimes been compared to that of The Clouds or The Residents.

Since they formed, DREAMCRAFT have performed at a wide variety of venues and have managed to achieve places on both the '95 and '96 Latrobe University National Campus Bands Competition CDs.
