Phudge DREDD Psi Powers

The Psi powers that Judges can have are:

Each Power has several abilities that are gained as the Psi increases the relevant Psi Trait. Using these abilities will cost the Psi Judge Health levels. Fudge Points also need to be spent to use the more powerful abilities. Health Levels spent on Psi are regained at the beginning of the next session.

Empathy

Empathy is the power to feel the emotions of others and, at higher Levels, project emotions onto others.

He's feeling angry

Cost: 1 Scratch   Requires: Poor Empathy
Feel the basic emotions of those in the vicinity.

Calm down citizen

Cost: 1 Scratch   Requires: Mediocre Empathy
Project an emotion onto one person for a scene.

They're behaving like lemmings

Cost: 1 Scratch, 1 Fudge Requires: Fair Empathy
Use either of the previous abilities on a group of people.

You won't ever feel that way again

Cost: 1 Hurt, 1 Fudge   Requires: Good Empathy
Project an emotion onto one person for at least a day.

Precognition

Precognition is the power to see into the future. The future can be changed so a precognitive vision is not definitely going to happen.

What's behind door number one?

Cost: 1 Scratch   Requires: Poor Precognition
Small flash of what's about to happen if the Judge takes a certain action.

I've got a bad feeling about this

Cost: 1 Scratch   Requires: Mediocre Precognition
Sets up a floating sensitivity to danger.

Meanwhile on the other side of town

Cost: 1 Scratch, 1 Fudge   Requires: Fair Precognition
Vision of something that will happen in the next hour or so.

Twenty Years from now...

Cost: 1 Hurt, 2 Fudge   Requires: Good Precognition
Vision of something in the far future, usually a large event like a city-wide disaster.

Psychokinesis

Psychokinesis is the power to move things with the mind, at the molecular level this can cause heating and cooling.

Self Control

Self control is the power to use Psi to change your own body.

It doesn't hurt, I feel strong

Cost: 1 Scratch   Requires: Poor Self Control
For one scene either: Increase Strength, Agility, Health or Perception by 1 level; or Ignore all wound penalties.

Have to... close... the wound

Cost: None   Requires: Mediocre Self Control
Convert any one wound into a Scratch.

Telepathy

Telepathy is the power to read thoughts.

Cost: 1 Scratch, 1 Fudge   Requires: Poor Telepathy
Read mind of person in the vicinity.

Come in number 9 your time is up

Cost: 1 Scratch   Requires: Mediocre Telepathy
Find mind at a distance

Read mind of recently deceased
