Initiative is the average of Agility and Perception rounded down.
General Knowledge represents the characters education (formal and informal) in the world and society.
General Knowledge defaults to Mediocre.
Modifiers for General Knowledge:
Characters do unarmed damage with a one turn impact at their Strength level and a long term effect at two levels below their Strength.
Armed damage is done at the higher of the weapons damage or the characters Strength.
Melee Defence (Parry) is the base difficulty level for an opponents melee attacks against the character.
